Rinse the lentils in a sieve under cold water and let them drain well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the bacon cubes for 3 minutes.

Add garlic and onion and cook for another 2 minutes.

Mix in the lentils, tomatoes, broth and rosemary and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes until the lentils are tender.

Add the zucchini for the last 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, in the rest of the olive oil, bake the beef finches sprinkled with salt and pepper for 12-15 minutes and serve on the lentil dish.
