Potato salad with pesto and salami
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (Pommes Primeur (bag a 1 1/2 kg)), pesto alla genovese (a 2 x 90 g), olive oil, red onions (in half rings), courgettes (in slices) , gold salami ((250 g), in half slices), arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Wash the potatoes and cook them in 25 minutes.

Drain them, let them cool down a bit.

Cut them into quarters and scoop them with the pesto.

Heat in a stirring oil and stir-fry the onion and zucchini for 5 minutes, so that the zucchini slices are warm, but still crispy.

Mix the stir-fried onion and zucchini with the salami and the rocket salad through the potatoes with the pesto.

Serve the dish lukewarm..
