Stir-fried noodles with tofu and leek
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: noodles, oil, garlic (chopped), stir-fried or spicy (180 g), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), shiitake (thin slices), leeks (thin rings), bean sprouts, light soy sauce, dry sherry, fresh coriander ((a 15 g), chopped finely) and sesame oil.

Ingredients
- 250 g Mihoen
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic shredded
- 2 baking stir fry tofu spicy seasoned a 180 g
- 4 cm fresh ginger root finely chopped
- 150 g shii takes in thin slices
- 1 leeks in thin rings
- 125 g bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- Bag fresh coriander (a 15 g), chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Cut Mihun into pieces and put them in bowl.

Pour over with boiling water and let it soak for 15 seconds.

Rinse in colander under cold running water and let it drain.

Heat up in wok oil and stir-fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add garlic, ginger and shiitakes and fry for 2 minutes.

Prepare Mihoen, leeks, bean sprouts, soy sauce and sherry, and bake for another 5 minutes.

Stir in coriander and season with salt and pepper.

Do it in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame oil..
