Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the peppers into cubes.

Slice the coriander.

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Then add the peppers and cook for 3 minutes.

Turn down the heat, add the curry paste and cook for 1 min.

Add the tomatoes and the water. Let the curry simmered for 15 minutes.

Serve the rice with the curry and garnish with the coriander.
