Indian curry with chicken and basmati rice


Indian dish with basmati rice, green peppers, chicken breast, sunflower oil, tomatoes, curry paste Balti and fresh coriander.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the peppers into cubes.
  3. Slice the coriander.
  4. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Then add the peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Turn down the heat, add the curry paste and cook for 1 min.
  7. Add the tomatoes and the water. Let the curry simmered for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve the rice with the curry and garnish with the coriander.
