Cajun bacon slices with broccoli stew


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), broccoli, bacon patties (about 450 g), spice mix (with salt for cajun (sprinkle of 225 g)), butter or margarine, spring onions, red pepper and semi-skimmed milk.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut them into pieces, wash and boil in a little water with salt.
  2. Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut into pieces.
  3. Sprinkle bacon strips with herb mix.
  4. Fry 1 tbsp butter in frying pan.
  5. Bacon steaks in 10 min.
  6. Until done, golden brown and crispy.
  7. Halfway through.
  8. Cook broccoli in 7 minutes.
  9. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.
  10. Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips.
  11. Heat milk.
  12. Drain potatoes and crush.
  13. Make potatoes puree with milk and the rest of butter.
  14. Broccoli, spring onion and pepper by puree.
  15. Remove bacon steaks from pan.
  16. In the case of shortening, pour 100 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  17. Bury stir-fry to gravy.
  18. Season the gravy and stew with salt and serve with bacon patties..
