A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown beer (a 33 cl), garlic (pressed), dried thyme, balsamic vinegar (white), shoulder chops, mayonnaise, whole yogurt, coarse mustard, honey, spring onions (in rings) and oil ( to cover).

Directions

  1. Mix the beer in a bowl with the garlic, thyme and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Put the shoulder chops in and marinate them covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Turn the meat occasionally.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise in a bowl with the yogurt, the mustard, the honey and the spring onions.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover the mustard sauce until use.
  7. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let them drain in a colander.
  8. Brush them with oil.
  9. Place the pork chops on the barbecue on a greased grid.
  10. Grill them over medium heat in about 7 minutes per side brown and done.
  11. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve the pork chops with the mustard sauce..
