Satay with sweet and sour raw vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hammocks, gingerbread ginger (bottle 200ml), onions (in sixes), pandan rice (bag a 1kg), cucumber, raw vegetables spicy (a 150g), vinegar and saté sauce (a 500g) ).

Directions

  1. Cut the ham pen into pieces of approx. 2-3 cm. Spoon them with 2 tbsp wok sauce and let them marinate for 10 minutes. Thread the ham pieces onto the skewers, with 2 pieces of onion in between. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Leave with the lid on the pan for another 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thick slices and then into strips. Mix this with the rest of the wok sauce, the spicy raw vegetables, the vinegar and salt to taste. Roast the saté under the oven grill, in a grill pan or on the barbecue on both sides in 5-6 min. Golden brown and done. Dilute the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package with water and bring to the boil while stirring.
  3. Serve the satay with the satay sauce, the sweet and sour raw vegetables and the rice.
