Dutch burger with homemade fries and crispy raw salad
Dutch meal with Black Angus burgers, homemade fries and a salad of apple, endive, Amsterdam onion and vinaigrette.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Clean the potatoes, cut into French fries and scoop with the oil. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt if necessary.

Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Spoon halfway. Put the sandwiches on the grate under the French fries for the last 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into rings. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the burgers 14-18 min. Halfway.

Grill the onion for the last 5 minutes. Put a slice of smoked cheese on each burger in the last minute.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Drain and scare under cold running water. Peel and prake with a fork.

In the meantime, cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin strips (julienne).

Mix the oil with the mustard and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Take the fries and rolls out of the oven. Halve the buns along the length.
