Teriyaki burger


Burger of half-to-half-minced with a Japanese touch, served on a hard roll with carrot salad and cucumber served with cassava crackers.

Directions

  1. Cut the spring onions into rings and the cucumber into slices. Grate the winter carrot coarsely and put into a bowl. Grate the ginger.
  2. Mix half of the ginger, half of the spring onions and half of the teriyaki sauce through the carrots. Put covered in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ginger, spring onion and teriyaki sauce. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Crumble half of the cracker above and mix.
  5. Divide the minced meat into equal portions per person and shape them into burgers.
  6. Bake the burgers in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter in 10 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.
  7. Cut the buns through and top the bottom halves with some cucumber, a burger, some carrot salad and prawn cracker. Cover with the upper halves.
  8. Serve with the rest of the cucumber, carrot salad and prawn cracker.
