Two-cheese tagliatelle
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle (pasta, bag 500 g), sifted tomatoes (passato di pomodoro, 500 g), cinnamon (ground), mozzarella cheese (in small pieces), olive oil, spinach (a 300 g) and Grana Padano (cheese) (grated).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the sieved tomatoes in a saucepan with the cinnamon. Add the mozzarella and melt in the sauce while stirring. Keep stirring until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add a handful of spinach and fry until the spinach has shrunk. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Mix the pasta with the sauce. Spread over 4 deep plates and sprinkle with the cheese. Serve with the spinach.
