Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grate 1 onion coarsely and cut the other onions into rings.

Add the grated onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix well.

Form 4 hamburgers of the minced meat mixture with moist hands.

Wrap each burger with 2 slices of bacon and put the burgers in the fridge.

Spread the oven fries over the baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Put the sandwiches aside for the last 5 minutes.

Fry the onion rings in the oil. Remove them from the pan and keep warm.

Fry the bacon burgers in the shortening for 4-5 minutes per side. Brush the buns with mustard or ketchup.

Mix the lettuce with the tomato, cucumber, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Place the bacon burgers with the onion rings on the buns. Serve the burgers with the fries and salad.
