-
Grate the green skin of the cleanly scented limes, squeeze out the fruits.
-
Make a marinade of the soy sauce, honey, half of the lime juice and half of the grater. Stir well.
-
Cut the chicken fillet into slices. Spoon through the marinade. Let stand for 15 minutes.
-
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile cut the cucumber into slices and the slices into strips.
-
Clean the radishes, cut into slices and add them to the cucumber. Mix the rest of the juice with the oil and scoop through cucumber-radish salad.
-
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken in 8-10 minutes until tender and brown. Cut the spring onion into slanted pieces and bake for the last 2 minutes.
-
In the meantime, toast the sesame seeds in 2 minutes to a brown fry without butter or oil. Cut the last lime into wedges.
-
Mix the sesame seed through the rice. Serve the chicken with the rice and the salad. Sprinkle the rest of the lime zest over it and garnish with a slice of lime.
