Fried fish with mushroom noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles (250 g), pangasius fillet (fish, bag a 750 g, frozen), garlic, mushroom mix (a 200 g), leeks (500 g), flour, oil and wok sauce (sweet and sour (vial of 200 ml)).

Cook Mihoen according to instructions.

Rinse well cold.

Thaw fish fillets.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

If possible, halve large mushrooms.

Remove hard green leeks, cut leek into 3 pieces.

Cut each piece into thin strips.

Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat half the oil in frying pan and fry golden brown and cooked fish fillets on both sides for 5-8 minutes.
