Lamb chops with garlic cream
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, olive oil, crème fraîche (200 ml), caraway seed and lamb chops (a 4 pieces).

Light the barbecue. Cut the top cap of the bread roll garlic so that the toes become visible. Place in the aluminum container and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Pof 20 min on the barbecue. Times regularly. Cool slightly and push the garlic cloves out. Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix them with the crème fraîche and 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the caraway seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter for 2 minutes. Brush the meat with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill the meat on the barbecue for about 4 minutes. Regularly. Sprinkle with the caraway seed and serve with the garlic cream.
