Steak with cucumber sauce
Steak du boeuf with yoghurt-cucumber sauce, broccoli and potatoes.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Cook the potatoes with a pinch of salt in approx. 8 minutes. Peel the cucumber and grate it coarsely.

Press out the moisture in a sieve. Peel the garlic and press over the yogurt into a bowl. Add the cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash the broccoli, clean, spread florets, cut into pieces of stalks and cook until about 8 minutes.

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and grill on both sides for about 3 minutes. Roll the potatoes through the dill.

Serve the steaks with sauce, dill potatoes and broccoli.
