  1. Heat butter in frying pan.
  2. Preparing fillets according to instructions.
  3. Clean green beans, wash and boil in approx.
  4. 8 minutes.
  5. Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions.
  6. Cut the arugula into pieces and create by puree.
  7. Beef fillet with rucola puree and green beans.
  8. Nice with mustard..
