Spicy beef strips with lemongrass
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red peppers, garlic (chopped), sugar, lime (squeezed), Thai fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), lemongrass ((sereh, tray 2 pieces), thin rings), olive oil, steak (in strips), curry powder, noodles (250 g), cabbage lettuce (leaf coarse-torn), cucumber (in thin slices), mint ((a 15 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Ingredients
- 2 Red peppers
- 6 toes garlic finely chopped
- 5 tl sugar
- 1 lime pressed out
- 4 el Thai fish sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 stem lemongrass (lemongrass, tray 2 pieces), in thin rings
- 4 el olive oil
- 500 g steak in strips
- 1 el curry powder
- 1 package Mihoen 250 g
- 1 lettuce leaf coarsely torn
- 1 cucumber in thin slices
- Tray fresh mint (a 15 g), leaves finely chopped

Directions

Cut the stalk of the red peppers. Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut 1 red pepper coarsely and rub into the mortar with 4 cloves of garlic and the sugar into a paste. Add the lime juice, the fish sauce and 3 tbsp water and stir into a dressing.

Cut the other red pepper into thin strips. Mix with the lemongrass and the rest of the garlic and cut as finely as possible. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the mixture in 3 min. Golden brown. In the meantime, sprinkle the meat with the curry powder and salt and pepper. Add and cook on high heat in 2-3 min. Just done.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging and allow to cool slightly. Mix with the lettuce, cucumber and mint. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the noodles over 4 bowls and spoon the beef strips over it. Serve with the dressing.
