White bean stew with sausage
Beef stew with winter carrot, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, oregano with Catalan bratwurst.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the winter carrot into cubes of 1 cm (brunoise).

Rinse the beans in a colander with cold water and drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat in 5 min. Brown.

Take the sausages out of the pan. In the same pan, fry the onion, garlic and winter carrot on medium heat 3 min.

Put the sausages back in the pan and add the pasta sauce and oregano. Bring to the boil and add the beans.

Leave to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat without lid.

Sprinkle the beans just before serving with the croutons.
