Directions

  1. Boil 300 g spaghetti all'uovo al dente according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain the spaghetti but save some of the cooking liquid.
  3. Spoon the butter into small cubes, the grated Parmesan cheese and 4 tablespoons of cooking water through the spaghetti.
  4. Season with (freshly ground) black pepper..
