Goulash with potatoes
Meat dish with bantam, beef strips, onion, grilled peppers, roma tomatoes, paprika powder and fresh parsley.

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 10-15 min. Until done.

Slice the parsley.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef strips on a high heat for 3 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and keep separate.

Cut the onion into rings.

Cut the grilled peppers into coarse bars. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Pour the rest of the oil into the pan and fry the onion for 6 minutes until golden brown.

Add the peppers and the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the beef strips and season with the paprika, pepper and salt.

Spoon the goulash on the plates and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with the potatoes.
