Scalloped wraps with avocado dip

Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the mince and fry it. Fry the paprika powder briefly.

Add the tomato cubes, kidney beans and corn and warm through. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oven grill. Heat the wraps if necessary according to the instructions on the package so that they become slightly smoother.

Divide the mince filling over the wraps and roll them up. Place the wraps in the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.

Grate in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Meanwhile make the avocado dip. Halve the avocado and scoop out the peel with a spoon. Prepare the pulp with the cream cheese to a smooth dip. Serve the wraps with the avocado dip.
