Blue cheese burgers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ground beef, onion (grated), garlic (pressed), Dijon mustard, soy sauce, blue cheese (Danish blue crumbled), baking bacon, Italian (bulbs) and olive oil.

Knead in large bowl mince with onion, garlic, mustard, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Cut the minced meat into 8 equal portions and form into flat slices. Distribute Danish blue into four equal portions and form balls of it. Place cheese balls in the middle of 4 minced meat slices. Cover cheese with remaining meat slices. Press the chopped meat together so that the cheese is well packaged. Store in a refrigerator until used.

Put the hamburgers on a well greased rack. Cover the burgers with a lid and grill them for between 9 and 10 minutes. Burgers turn and for another 9 to 10 minutes grilling. Bake bacon on grate until crispy and keep separate. Roll up Italian bread, cover the inside with oil and grill on grate for approx. 2 min. Place Italian bread on the plate, lay the burger in between and garnish with bacon. Delicious with garlic sauce and slices melon or watermelon salad.
