Stew with leeks and oyster mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes ((a 450 g), peeled), sliced leeks (a 300 g), butter, bakbacon ((150 g), in thick strips), olive oil, oyster mushrooms (in coarse pieces) and milk.

Cook the potatoes in 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, in a pan, simmer the leeks in the butter for 5-7 minutes on low heat, with the lid on the pan.

Fry the strips of bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating on low heat brown and crispy.

Remove the bacon from the pan, add the oil to the remaining shortening and fry the oyster mushrooms 2-3 minutes.

Season with pepper and mix the fried bacon with the oyster mushrooms.

Heat the milk and pour it into the potatoes.

Mash the potatoes.

Spoon the leek through it, season with salt and pepper.

Divide the stew over four plates and add the bacon mixture..
