Dutch meatballs with cabbage lettuce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, spice mix (for minced meat (benefit package 225 g)), olive oil, potato slices (700 g), egg, cabbage lettuce, cucumber (in half slices) and salad dressing yoghurt (bottle 450 ml).

Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the spice mix and roll small balls. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in 3-4 min. Golden brown. Pour 100 ml of water into the pan and simmer the meatballs with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices for 8-10 min. Until golden brown and done. Cook the egg in 7 min. Hard, peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Remove the leaves from the lettuce, wash and dry them well. Mix the cabbage lettuce and the cucumber in a bowl. Spoon the salad dressing and pepper and salt to taste and garnish with the egg slices.
  3. Divide the meatballs with the gravy and the potato slices over 4 plates. Add the lettuce.
