Fried sesame rice with chicken satay and vegetables from the wok
Chicken saté and fried rice with sesame oil, wok vegetable, ginger syrup and sweet soy sauce. Full of Asian flavors

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the rice and possibly some salt.

Bring back to the boil and cook with the lid on the pan in 8 min. Over low heat until tender. Drain and leave covered until used.

Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken cubes in approx. 7 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, clean the garlic and cut it fine. Wash the salad onion and cut into thin rings.

Heat the oil in the wok or frying pan and stir fry the wok vegetable and garlic for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Beat the egg and add to the vegetables. Stir after 10 sec. separate and add the rice and salad onion. Bake for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Mix the sesame oil, ginger syrup and ketjap marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the rice and chicken cubes over bowls. Garnish with the sesame mix.
