Grilled steak with spicy crayfish sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (seed strips removed), red pepper (in very small pieces), extra virgin olive oil, coriander ((15 g), leaf coarsely cut), lime, crayfish (100 g), steaks ((a 2 pieces) and at room temperature).

Cut the red pepper into very small pieces. Stamp with the paprika in a mortar. Put the puree in a bowl and add 2 tbsp oil and the coriander. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice of 1 half above the sauce. Mix well and season with salt. Put the crayfish through.

Brush the meat on both sides with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat for 3-5 minutes. Turn halfway. Place the meat on a plate, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for a while.

Cut the meat into slices with a sharp knife. Serve with the crayfish sauce. Tasty with rice and stir-fried pak choi.
