Stir-fried lamb with rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wild and white rice (pack a 250 g), oil, lamb shavings à la minute, red onion (in half rings), garlic, (sugar) snow peas (frozen), cajun spices and crème fraîche.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to directions for use in a pan or microwave and let dry.
  2. Heat up wok oil and lamb strips for 1 min.
  3. Stir-fry.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add onion, garlic, snow peas and cajun seasoning and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the crème fraîche and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Make rice on two plates and distribute wok dish over it..
