Broccoli with mustard cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (pack a 400 g), butter or margarine, vegetarian balls (a 210 g), crème fraîche (125 ml), Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g), onion, broccoli and olive oil.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Heat butter and bake vegetarian balls according to instructions.

Creme fraiche and mustard stir together.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.

Heat in oil or frying pan oil.

Broccoli and onion stir-fry for about 6 minutes.

Steam the mustard cream in the saucepan for about 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
