Oriental mackerel scallops


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles (250 g), smoked mackerel (about 300 g), iceberg lettuce, sunflower oil, Chinese vegetable mix (400 g) and red chili sauce (bottle of 170 ml).

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Clean the mackerel and divide into pieces.
  3. Remove the salad leaves, wash them and pat dry.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  5. Fry the vegetable mix for 4 minutes.
  6. Pour in the mackerel and chilli sauce and heat.
  7. Spoon the fish-vegetable mixture through the noodles.
  8. Season with salt.
  9. Spoon the mixture into the salad leaves and roll up.
  10. Put the rolls in a bowl and serve.
  11. Tasty with the chili sauce as a dipping sauce..
