Take the vegetables and seasonings from the Meesterlijk wok packaging.

Cut 1.5 cm from the thick part of the lemongrass and cut as finely as possible. Halve the rest of the stem lengthwise.

Cut the garlic into slices, halve the spring onion in half and cut the coriander roughly.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the wokflakes 1-2 min. On high heat. Spoon on a plate.

Heat the rest of the oil in the stir-fry and add the lemongrass, garlic, spring onion, sugarsnaps, asparagus broccoli, carrot, bell pepper and spring onion.

Add the paksoi and the sauce from the packaging for wokflakes and wok1 min. Add the wokflakes and heat briefly.

In the meantime, heat the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Divide the rice over a bowl, divide the vegetables and wokflakes. Remove the lemongrass stalks.
