Stew raw endive with spicy tofu
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mashed potatoes for stew (224 g), red onions, oil, tofu stir-fry spiced spicy (a 180 g) and pan-ready endive (400 g).

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Peel and chop onions.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onion.

Heat residual oil in large frying pan and fry tofu for approx.

5 minutes.

Mix endive and onion with puree.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide stew over four plates and create tofu..
