Richly filled pita bread with fresh spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soy sauce (salt), honey, garlic (chopped), oil, pork schnitzel (in strips), shoarma rolls (8 pieces), fresh spinach, green apple (in strips) and Greek yoghurt.

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Stir in the soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of honey, the garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Spoon this marinade through the schnitzel strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan with non-stick coating and fry the schnitzel strips with the marinade over a high heat in 5-8 minutes brown.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the schnitzel strips from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Leave the marinade in the pan.

Bake the rolls in the oven.

Fry the spinach leaves in the marinade on high heat for about 2-3 minutes, until the spinach has shrunk a little.

Cut open the shawarma rolls and fill them with the meat, some spinach, a few strips of apple and a scoop of Greek yogurt..
