Spicy Italian pappardelle with oyster mushrooms, red pepper, bratwurst and parsley.

Remove the skin from the sausages. Halve the red pepper in length and remove the seed lists. Slice the flesh finely.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat in 4 minutes brown and done. Squeeze out the garlic. Tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces.

Add the pepper, oyster mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the cheese and finely chop the parsley. Drain the pasta and scoop together with the cheese and parsley through the sausage-oyster mushroom mixture.

Serve immediately. Yummy! .
