Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in brown for 3 minutes.

Pour in the tikka masala and simmer for 12 minutes on low heat. Add the spinach for the last 2 minutes.

In the meantime, scrape the unpeeled cucumbers lengthwise into long strips. Put in a bowl and mix with the vinegar and the water.
