Beat the flour with the eggs, milk and ½ tsp salt until a smooth batter. Heat a dash of wok oil and fry the minced meat.

Meanwhile, cook the cabbage with lemon juice in the cooking water for about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sambal, peanut butter and 100 ml water to the mince and keep warm.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry pancakes in the batter. Cover the pancakes with the pointed cabbage and spoon the minced meat on them.

Sprinkle with the red pepper, spring onion and coriander. Fold the pancakes double and serve immediately.
