Chicken rolls stewed in marsala
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pine nuts, chicken breasts (about 550 g), garlic (in wafer thin slices), dried sage (jar 10 g), Parma ham (bowl 75 g), olive oil, marsala (sweet Italian wine, liquor) ) and tomato paste.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until lightly browned.

Halve the chicken fillets in the length, sprinkle them with pepper and spread them on the work surface.

Divide the garlic over the chicken, sprinkle the pine nuts and the sage over it and put the slices of ham on top.

Roll up the chicken fillets, stick them with cocktail sticks and sprinkle with salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the rolls all around.

Add the marsala and 3 tbsp water.

Let the chicken covered over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Put the rolls on 4 plates and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Stir in the tomato paste and 2 tbsp water through the cooking liquid, heat and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the chicken.
