Garlic steak with fries and salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, (bullet) steak, potato wedges with peel (frozen, bag of 450 g), butter, (Greek) salad (225 g) and oil for frying.

Fritter oil.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Spread the steak with salt and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Potato wedges in about 5 minutes golden brown frying.

Heat butter in frying pan, stir in beef in approx.
-
4 minutes around brown and roast on the inside.

Last minute slices of garlic fried (do not let dark color, then garlic becomes bitter).

Drain potatoes on kitchen paper.
-
Place the steak on a plate, pour garlic butter over it.

Place potato wedges next to meat, sprinkle with salt.

In bowl dressing (from packaging) create salad.
