Directions

  2. Clean pepper and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Wash tomatoes and cut into thick slices.
  5. Mix Rösti, pepper, onion and egg with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Create the rye mixture in a baking dish.
  7. With tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle with oil.
