Mie with sweet and sour sauce and surimi
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), sweet sauce stir-fry (a 100 g), bean sprouts (125 g), egg noodles (new noodles, a 2 x 150 g), surimiflakes (a 125 g) and cassava krupuk.

Heat in wok oil.

Stir fry vegetables for about 2 minutes.

Stir fry sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Mix the bean sprouts.

Mie over stir-woks and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Prepare the surimi by cooking the mie-vegetable mixture and letting the dish warm through and through.
