Directions

  1. Heat in wok oil.
  2. Stir fry vegetables for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir fry sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the bean sprouts.
  5. Mie over stir-woks and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Prepare the surimi by cooking the mie-vegetable mixture and letting the dish warm through and through.
  7. Serve with krupuk..
