Cut the chicken fillet into strips.

Chop the onion and cut the carrots into slices.

Cut the spring onion lengthwise. Halve the halves in half lengthwise and cut the strips in half.

Stir the mayonnaise through the sour cream and spoon in the chicken, onion and carrot.

Cut the fresh mint finely and add to the chicken salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Squeeze out the lime.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into strips and drizzle with 2 tsp lime juice.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.

Divide chicken salad over tortillas and lay avocado on it.

Sprinkle with spring onions and fold one side over the filling. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
