Summer stew with sausages, bacon, potatoes, green beans and parsley.

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into strips and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sausages and bake brown in 5 min. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Remove the stem set of the green beans.
  4. Add the potatoes, green beans, the bouillon tablet and water to the sausages.
  5. Bring to the boil and leave to cook on low heat with the lid on the pan for about 25 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, finely chop the leaves of the parsley. Season the summer stew with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
