Pasta salad with radish and raw ham
Salad of farfalle, lime, cherry tomatoes, radish, basil, mozzarella and Coburger raw ham.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Beat a dressing of the oil and 2 tbsp lime juice. Season with pepper and salt.

Halve the tomatoes and cut the radishes into segments. Remove the leaves from the basil and cut the mozzarella into pieces.

Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water. Mix the pasta with the tomatoes, radish, basil and ham. Add the dressing. Garnish with the lime zest and the mozzarella.
