Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Tear off 4 square pieces of aluminum foil. Cut the pangasius fillets into pieces. Chop the onion very finely and mix in a bowl with the wok sauce and sambal. Put the fish through.
  3. Divide the fish over the foil sheets and turn them upwards. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into wedges. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the endive and stir-fry 3 minutes until the endive has shrunk.
