Oriental fish package with stir-fried endive
Oriental fish package from the oven with onion and endive, served with pandan rice.
Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Tear off 4 square pieces of aluminum foil. Cut the pangasius fillets into pieces. Chop the onion very finely and mix in a bowl with the wok sauce and sambal. Put the fish through.
Divide the fish over the foil sheets and turn them upwards. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Cut the onion into wedges. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the endive and stir-fry 3 minutes until the endive has shrunk.
Add the rest of the endive and stir fry for another 3 minutes. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Serve the endive with the fish packages and the pandan rice.
