Creamy sauerkraut dish with ginger


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cooked wine sauerkraut (with bacon, a 250 g), pre-cooked baby potatoes (700 g), onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), oil, chicken fillet (in thin strips), ginger ((pot ), finely chopped), crème fraîche and parsley (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Drain the sauerkraut in the sieve.
  2. Roots in plenty of water with salt in 10-12 min.
  3. Drain the potatoes.
  4. Fry onion and garlic in oil in frying pan.
  5. Add chicken strips and fry them for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the potatoes, sauerkraut and ginger and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
  7. Mix the crème fraîche and heat the dish for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt, pepper and parsley..
