Gnocchi with anchovies and lemon
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, a 500 g), anchovy fillets in olive oil (a 46 g), onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), lemon juice, sugar, crème fraîche (200 ml ), capers (a 100 g), peas (extra fine (a 450 g and frozen)).

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Pour 1 tbsp oil from the anchovy fillets into a large, deep pan. Cut the anchovy fillets into long strips. Put the pan on high heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, scoop regularly.

Add the lemon juice, sugar, crème fraîche, 50 ml water and capers. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the peas, bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the anchovies and gnocchi and heat for 2 minutes. Add pepper and salt. Divide the gnocchi over 4 plates.
