Curry with chicken and mint
Curry of basmati rice, chicken, garam masala, onion, tomato frito, Greek yogurt and mint.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garam masala for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the cauliflower and broccoli florets.

Add the vegetables, bouillon tablet, tomato frito, chicken, hot water, pepper and salt if necessary and bring to high heat on high heat.

Leave on the pan for 10 minutes on medium heat with the lid on the pan. Stir occasionally.

In the meantime, finely chop the leaves of mint and mix 2/3 of them with the yogurt.

Prepare the rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging.

Take the curry from the heat and stir in the yogurt. Serve with the mint yoghurt and sprinkle with the rest of the mint.
