White beans with sage and tomato
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried white beans, garlic, olive oil, sausages (approx. 100 g), fresh sage (or 1/4 tablespoon dried sage), tomato cubes (400 g), salt and black pepper.

Beans soak for 12 hours in cold water. Rinse the beans and bring to the boil with so much water that they are just below. Cook and drain beans for about 1 hour.

Garlic peel and finely chop. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in pan and cook sausages for about 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime, heat the rest of oil in other pan and fry garlic and sage for about 1 minute. Add beans and tomato cubes and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve beans with sausages.
