Mushroom couscous with smoked chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, smoked chicken breast, chestnut mushrooms, oil, couscous (pack a 400 g), watercress (a 75 g), lemon juice, crème fraîche and thyme.

Cut chicken fillet into slices and allow to reach room temperature.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and gently fry the mushrooms for 7-8 min.

In the meantime, couscous according to instructions, boiling in boiling water.

Mix watercress with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Season the couscous with the rest of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Crème fraîche by mushrooming and stirring for 2 minutes on high heat.

Season the sauce with thyme, salt and pepper.

Spread couscous, mushroom sauce, chicken and watercress salad over two plates..
