Mushroom couscous with smoked chicken


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, smoked chicken breast, chestnut mushrooms, oil, couscous (pack a 400 g), watercress (a 75 g), lemon juice, crème fraîche and thyme.

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillet into slices and allow to reach room temperature.
  2. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  3. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and gently fry the mushrooms for 7-8 min.
  4. In the meantime, couscous according to instructions, boiling in boiling water.
  5. Mix watercress with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Season the couscous with the rest of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  7. Crème fraîche by mushrooming and stirring for 2 minutes on high heat.
  8. Season the sauce with thyme, salt and pepper.
  9. Spread couscous, mushroom sauce, chicken and watercress salad over two plates..
