Pasta with cauliflower, broccoli and tuna

Boil the cauliflower and broccoli for 3 minutes and drain. Rinse cold water and let it drain.

Cook the pasta al dente. Roast the sunflower seeds golden brown in a dry hot frying pan. Drain the tuna and collect the oil.

Stir-fry the garlic, cauliflower and broccoli in the olive oil. Add half of the pips, the dried tomatoes to the tuna and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Scoop the pasta through and sprinkle before serving with the rest of the sunflower seeds. Drizzle with some tuna or tomato oil if necessary.
