Creamy gnocchi with green vegetable


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, a 500 g), green vegetable mix steam vegetables (frozen, a 300 g), cream cheese with garlic and herbs (150 g), ground mature cheese (150 g) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Directions

  1. Put plenty of water to the boil.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. Gnocchi cook until they float up.
  4. Prepare vegetables according to instructions.
  5. Melt cream cheese in pan.
  6. Gnocchi by cream cheese and stir in the vegetables.
  7. Return mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Turn the dish under grill in 3-5 min.
  9. Brown.
  10. Parsley finely chop and sprinkle over dish.
  11. Tasty with tomato salad and balsamic dressing..
